Quality Hotel - Drumheller

After all that, the staff still didn't give me even a hint of a room upgrade. Absolutely unacceptable.

The positives include good location and parking on site.

The hotel was high quality and the food was decent. Loved the way our spotless double room with 2 queen beds was. This property was set in a central area close enough to Royal Tyrrell museum, the supermarket and shops.

The bed was very uncomfortable, that's sad thing.

the continental breakfast was decent with sausages and fruit. the room was a bit noisy.

It was a really amazing stay for a weekend.

Very relaxing overall experience. Updated room, shower facilities, a hairdryer and bath sheets in the room.

excellent base for exploring nearby attractions and parks

i found the hotel to be a comfortable stay with easy access to the main attractions-just a short stroll to the fine orkney viewpoint and the badlands historical centre, making my city walks enjoyable and nice during my trip.

The rooms were nice and clean.

The parking lot surface and layout is terrible. It makes access difficult for wheel chairs and the luggage trolley.

Breakfast was ok. French toast was just warm.

The continental breakfast was kinda filling, with hot options like scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles. Plus, its fantastic location next to a grocery store makes grabbing snacks easy.

The hotel offered a convenient location just a five-minute walk from downtown. The check-in process was swift and the staff demonstrated genuine friendliness, especially when accommodating our motorcycles by providing covered parking. While the room was spacious, the pullout sofa was obstructed by a large coffee table, and the TV could have been larger. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a variety of options, including hot proteins and pastries, though the absence of a pool would deter longer stays.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the cozy room with a nice balcony where I could unwind and take in the views. The fitness center was a great spot to recharge, and relaxing on the balcony was an added bonus.
